Additional languages are a plusSatisfactory completion of Jack Rabbit (POS and Scheduling) and Call Center SkyPrep online training.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAnswer calls, manage online chat, and respond to emailsMake outbound calls as needed on leads like daycare centers, preschools, mother’s groups, etc in conjunction with marketing initiativesManage and resolve customer issues and complaintsProvide customers with product and service informationAccurately enter new customer information into systemUpdate existing customer informationProcess payments, class changes, move-ups, orders, forms, and applicationsIdentify and escalate priority issuesMake follow-up and outbound calls as needed to follow up on leadsEnters roll (attendance) sheets into JRDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresComplete call logsProduce call reportsAttend in person staff meetings as requiredStay informed with current and upcoming events and promotions in the local marketplaceQualifications:Customer service and sales experienceHigh School education or equivalentPay:Commensurate with experience.
