There are approximately 25,000 associates.Reporting to the Senior Director, Organizational Development & Talent , th e Director, Talent Intelligence & Insights will play a critical role on Danaher’s Diagnostics Platform Talent team in shaping the Diagnostics Talent strategy and ensuring it aligns with the organization’s goals and objectives . R ecognized as an expert in Talent Intelligence, this individual will lead the analysis and interpretation of market trends, identification of talent pools, and provide insights to senior HR, Talent and Business leaders on competitive talent landscapes and comparisons with internal Danaher talent. This leader is responsible for gathering intelligence and generating reports that are a critical input to talent acquisition strategies and strategic workforce planning.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead the External Market Talent Intelligence function, focusing on analyzing market trends, identifying talent pools, and providing competitive talent landscape insights.Use data-driven talent intelligence (external and internal) to inform and shape talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.Provides expert guidance on technical systems and data solutions and infrastructure required to build and maintain a best-in-class Talent Intelligence function.Collaborate with Global Talent Partners, Senior HR and business leaders to integrate market intelligence into strategic talent decisions.Drive initiatives that enhance the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent in the diagnostics healthcare industry.Develop and implement effective communication strategies to influence and drive leadership awareness and understanding of external market talent trends and insights .Provide expert interpretation of external market talent intelligence and business implications.Monitor external trends and recommend changes to strategy as appropriate to ensure the Diagnostics Platform remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent. This will help ensure that the company's talent strategy and initiatives remain relevant and competitive in the marketplace.Collaborate with Other Teams : Work in tandem with other COEs in the Talent organization, and Talent Partners as well as with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a cohesive talent strategy.The essential requirements of the job include :Expertise in talent market analysis and intelligence gathering.Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Strong collaboration and communication skills to effectively partner with various stakeholders.A forward-thinking approach to talent acquisition (external and internal) and talent development.Analytical and Project Management Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Additional skills and experience:Highly proficient in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights, using current statistical tools and software.Knowledge and experience working with HR Technology systems ( e.g. Workday), database management systems and demonstrated ability to query databases and manage data storage efficiently.Demonstrated ability to identify , recommend and pilot new data-mining and analytical tools and solutions.Ability to create compelling visual representations of data using tools like Excel, Tableau, OneModel or similar platforms.Experience in translating complex data insights into easily understandable data stories to illustrate business implications.Knowledge of predictive modeling techniques and machine learning algorithms to forecast talent trends and outcomes.Travel: Domestic and international travel is required (up to 25%).Role can be based in North America (remote) or Europe (remote).E ducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience gained in various roles in talent acquisition, analytics, talent management or Master’s/Doctoral degree with 12+ years of experience, ideally with 4+ years in a leadership role managing people.#DxHRTransformationThe salary range for this role is $120,300-$188,433. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
