Position Summary:

Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for our clients' manufacturing processes, while troubleshooting and maintaining existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Control Strategies

  • Design and program control systems, including PLC and HMI integration, for customer processes. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate systems with equipment. Maintain documentation, including design specs, user manuals, and maintenance procedures.

Supervise Design Activities

  • Provide guidance to CAD staff and oversee drawing production schedules. Supervise projects and generate innovative ideas for development.

Programming

  • Develop and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. Conduct panel testing and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing).

Site Start-up & Troubleshooting

  • Perform loop checks, assist with site start-up, and troubleshoot control systems to ensure peak performance.
