We are looking for a Sr. Manager Commercial Enablement to join our Commercial Strategy team in our Western US Region. The Sr. Manager Commercial Enablement will partner with Sales Area Directors to optimize end-to-end commercial processes, ensuring efficiency, and alignment with Revance’s strategic goals. You will define comprehensive sales, product or business strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of customers and stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy: Support field leadership in streamlining day-to-day operational imperatives. Implement HQ commercial strategies in the region. Partner with regional commercial leaders to create and execute plans that enable quarter revenue goal attainment.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline, standardize, and optimize commercial processes, including forecasting, and sales operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment between Commercial and other departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Operations. Define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders and lead successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Manage development of standardized and dynamic reporting, KPI dashboard to support field force execution and address executional, operational, and performance-related questions. Lead analysis of sales and marketing tactical execution data and metrics. Deliver regular actionable reports to field leadership and drive cadence of sales business reviews.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the customer experience by implementing processes that resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Partnering with regional leadership, help develop and manage the commercial operations budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

What qualifications you need to be successful in this role:

Required:

  • 3+ years in a sales function
  • 4+ years in a commercial support function (business operations, finance business partner to commercial team, and/or commercial operations)
  • Experience analyzing and visualizing data from a broad range of commercial data sources (CRM data, specialty pharmacy dispense/status data, specialty distributor data, patient services data, payer claims/formulary status data, etc.)
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills--able to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences
  • Strong process mindset and experience with commercial standard work
  • Demonstrable success in highly matrixed organizations
  • Travel – Ex: Estimated overnight travel is 10%

Required Education:

  • BS or BA Degree in Business, Operations or like fields
