***This is a temporary role expected to last 6-12 months and will be hybrid, based out of our Mendota Heights, MN office

The Securities Services Senior position for Transaction Processing is a multi-functional position fluctuating between processing of shareholder transactions - On Iris and Sirius/writing Transaction Deficiency letters/cross training in all positions within the Transaction Services teams. The nature of inquires received range from simple to complex and pertain to assisting shareowners and other requestors with account related instructions and information to complete various transactions.

Core Duties/Responsibilities

Provides processing and letter writing support for various shareholder transactions.

  • Ability to effectively, efficiently, and professionally communicate to our customers in writing.
  • Responds to inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Provides assistance to shareowners and other requestors by acknowledging and answering inquiries, addressing issues, and providing resolution within established standards. Typical inquires received include, but are not limited to:
    • Transfer requests and requirements
    • Dividend payments
    • Reinvestments
    • Address changes
    • Account information
    • Tax inquiries
    • Deficiency letters detailing why a transaction is not able to be processed


  • Performs research as needed to resolve problems and inquiries
  • Documents notes and ensures key data is accurately captured
  • Consistently adheres to quality standards, productivity standards, adherence standards, and Risk and Compliance requirements.
  • Complies with all Company policies, including but not limited to, attendance, attire, and data security.

Education Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent GED.

Experience requirements

  • 18+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center.

Compensation

  • $20.00 per hour
