VP, Investment & Strategy

A fast-growing investor-developer platform in the digital infrastructure space is seeking a Vice President to join their investment and strategy group in Denver,CO.

They are a start-up with a leadership team that comes with an excellent track record of success in the space, so there is a great balance between experience and entrepreneurial spirit. This is a great opportunity to leverage experience leading transactions from start to finish to contribute to building a business from the ground up.

The position is for a VP in their Investment and Strategy which is a hybrid investing and operating role in a lean team, where you would be leading and negotiating deals frequently.

Experience:

• 6+ years of experience at an investment bank, private equity / venture capital, management corporate development / finance
• Experience leading transaction execution, defending thesis and mentoring junior team
• Preferred background in digital infrastructure, real estate, utility, or industrial industries
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business, Computer Science, or related degree.
