Financial Accountant

What your new challenge will look like

• Manage day-to-day financial accounting activities, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
  
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
  
• Conduct accounts payable process (recording and processing of incoming invoices).
  
• Conduct accounts receivable process (ensure timely processing and preparation of outgoing invoices including debtor management).
  
• Process travel and other related expenses.
  
• Manage banking and cash flows.
  
• Collaborate with external tax advisors in the preparation of tax returns.
  
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial data and analysis.
  
• Implement and maintain financial controls and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting regulations, and best practices.
  

Why you belong at 4flow

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role.
  
• Experience working in several of the tasks and duties listed above.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Workday) and MS Excel.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
