As a Recruiting Lead at Inkitt, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our team during a period of rapid expansion. This player/coach position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a hyper-growth environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams. You will lead recruitment strategies while also directly engaging in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hands-On Recruiting: Actively participate in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for key roles.
  • Process Improvement: Implement data-driven approaches to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and build a talent pipeline that supports our expansion plans.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance on best practices and innovative recruitment techniques.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Enhance Inkitt’s employer brand by developing and executing initiatives that attract top talent.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and departmental goals. Provide strategic input on role requirements and market trends.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven track record in talent acquisition on high-performing teams, ideally within startups and/or tech companies.
  • 6+ years of experience in high-growth startups as a senior-level recruiter; experience managing teams is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a deep understanding of best practices in recruitment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to hire across a wide range of roles, including technical, non-technical, and executive functions.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment technology and tools, as well as a solid understanding of labor market trends and competitive compensation strategies.
  • Startup Hungry: You are proactive; able to thrive in a fast-paced evolving work environment.
  • Self-starter that can deliver results with limited supervision and thrives in a fast-paced environment; willing to roll up your sleeves to go above and beyond to make things successful.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to determine first-class solutions.
  • Committed to building an in-person work culture; you prefer an onsite or hybrid work model.

The annual base salary range for this position is $67,000—$199,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
