Training, coaching, and mentoring electrical field technicians and operations staff in the preventative maintenance and operation of electrical distribution and control systems.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for applicable NERC Reliability Standards. Provide technical support in resolving codes and standards issues (NEC, NESC, NFPA 70E, ANSI, UL, IEC)
Preferred Skills & Expertise
- able to build relationships with 3rd party service providers.
- Degree (ABET accredited university) or equivalent required.
- Engineering (P.E) License preferred, but not required
- 5 years of experience in utility or power plant operations and maintenance with knowledge of protective relay application and software (Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), GE Multilin Enervista UR, etc.)
- Have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. Hold or be able to obtain a Passport.
