Job Summary: The General Manager will be responsible for the dealership's overall success, including establishing the dealership, setting up a service and repair shop, and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the EV industry, a proven track record of leadership and management, and strong brand development, sales and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the initial setup and establishment of the EV dealership and service center.
  2. Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to achieve company goals.
  3. Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales, service, and support team.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  5. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  8. Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
  9. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  10. Oversee the setup and operation of the service and repair shop, ensuring it meets all technical and safety standards.
  11. Implement efficient inventory management and procurement processes.
  12. Monitor and improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience in the EV industry, particularly in dealership operations and management.
  2. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  3. Strong sales skills with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proven track record in setting up and managing an EV dealership and service center.
  6. Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology, parts, and service requirements.
