Heritage Abstract Company is hiring a Junior Title Closing Advisor in Monmouth/Ocean County, NJ. The Junior Title Closing Advisor is responsible for expanding the Company’s client base and promoting our title insurance services. The position will work closely with Title Closing Advisors (TCAs) and be responsible for engaging potential clients, building relationships and ultimately driving sales growth.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Prospecting: Identifies and targets potential clients within the real estate industry, including real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys and property developers.
Lead Generation: Utilizes various methods such as cold calling, networking events, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate leads and establish contact with prospects.
Relationship Building: Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing personalized service and offering solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
Product Knowledge: Develops a deep understanding of our title insurance products, services and value propositions in order to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Sales Presentations: Conducts informative and persuasive presentations to educate clients about our title insurance offerings and demonstrate how they can benefit from our services.
Pipeline Management: Manages and maintains a sales pipeline to track prospects, follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
Collaboration: Collaborates closely with other TCA’s, as well as internal departments such as production, settlement and post-closing to ensure seamless customer experiences and maximize sales effectiveness.
Reporting: Prepares regular sales reports and updates for management and fellow TCA’s, detailing sales activities, pipeline status and achievements against targets.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies preferred
Valid driver's license
Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience required
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or insurance industry is a plus
Thorough understanding of the sales process with the ability to convert prospects into new business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a track record of achieving sales targets
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing deals
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
Ability to conduct presentations and hold one-on-one meetings
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions
Knowledge and ability to use typical office equipment (PC, calculator, fax machine, etc.)
