Reports To: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Membership Sales: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships.
• Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for increasing studio revenue through promotions and events.
• Community Outreach: Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members.
• Staff Management Support: Assist the General Manager in managing staff, including training and performance evaluations.
• Studio Communication: Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably (2+ years) in the fitness industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A go-getter attitude with a passion for fitness and community engagement.
