Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a busy workload under sometimes stressful conditions
  • Have some experience in Customer Service/ Sales, ideally in automotive
  • Love to help people and find ways to create happy customers
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Have a naturally happy and outgoing demeanor
  • Work alongside your dealership peers to create an exceptional customer experience geared to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Previous experience at “quicky” lube shops, department store auto shops or dealerships a plus
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Be a great teammate to your co-workers, always willing to go above and beyond
  • Report to management any circumstances that compromise the integrity of the dealership
  • Ensure that customer inconveniences, complaints and misunderstandings are dealt with fairly, compassionately, and timely
