Pay and Benefits:
- $71,000 - $81,000 per year

Required Qualifications:
- B.S. and/or M.S. students who are graduating December 2024 - August 2025 and majoring in the field of one of the following: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Global Logistics, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial and Management Engineering or Industrial and Systems Engineering.
- Ability to appropriately adapt and respond effectively in real time to changing situations and circumstances.
- Ability to navigate complex situations and analyze diverse data toidentify what is critical and solve problems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and fairly with others,leveraging collective expertise to achieve shared goals.
- Demonstrates integrity and authenticity to gain the confidence and trust of others by consistently following through on commitments and aligning actions with words.
- Demonstrates a strong interest and ability to continuously learn and grow and a willingness to take on work that expands capabilities.
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) in various circumstances, aligned to audience needs. Actively listens and fosters the sharing of ideas from others.
