Staffing Inc. is partnered with a great company in Norton Shores, MI, who is looking for a Part Puller. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking candidate with a good eye for detail. Responsible for timely processing of orders and flow of material, contributing to process efficiency. Provides timely, safe and efficient operation of machines. Responsible for correctly tagging the finished material and moving it to the next designation and stages as required.Part Puller Benefits:Fun and Friendly work environmentTemp to hire opportunity.Benefits available when hired into the companyPart Puller Responsibilities:Picks, stocks, stages, and delivers assorted partsEnsures all disassembly, warehouse and assembly areas are fully supported and that all items are pre-staged for serviceMaintains cleanliness of work area, parts and other equipment.Performs periodic part inspection per job instructions.Places finished material on a pallet or in a container with the work order number and piece part number on the top piece of each separate item.Marks pallet with appropriate tag.Completes appropriate paperwork.Moves material to next destination and stages as required.Other duties as assigned.Empties hoppers of webbing into scrap dumpsters.Part Puller Qualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredExperience working in a manufacturing environmentHi-Lo ExperienceTraining in general safety, awareness and quality system awareness.Knowledge of raw materials, Machines, tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.Accurately prepare documents, production sheets and other reports and related paperwork as required by our proceduresOperation monitoring, quality control analysis, critical thinking, active listening, troubleshooting, complex problem solving, equipment maintenance and reading comprehension.Ability to work closely and follow instructions and written processes.Quick paced, while maintaining quality and safety standards.Good verbal and written communicationGood computer skillsAttention to detail.Work independently and make independent solutions.High-level of visual awarenessAbility to stand for long periods, bend, twist, and lift up to 60 lbs.Pass background check/drug screenGreat attendance and positive attitudeFlexible and team playerWork in a Hot environmentWork Overtime, Weekends and or HolidaysStaffing Inc. - an entirely employee-owned company - is the largest independent employer in West Michigan.
