Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Business Analyst will be part of a complex, global, matrixed talent acquisition function with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Sourcing and Workday HR onboarding technologies, solid business analyst skills, and a strong knowledge of HR recruitment processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and provide tier 2 support for Taleo and Sourcing production environments
- Document business and system requirements in accordance with Medtronic IT policies
- Work with the testers, developers, and 3rd party vendors on issue analysis and defect resolution
- Engage Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand processes and application needs; support the development of system strategies to accelerate growth and capability within the function
- Manage full-cycle complex global technical enhancements
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to identify process improvements
- Create, enhance, and maintain global reports within the Oracle Business Intelligence module
- Problem solve systems issues, analyze data sets and work with testers, Oracle support, and 3rd party vendors on identifying and implementing solutions
Qualifications
Must Haves:
- Experience in Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment processes and procedures
Education Required: Bachelor Degree
Years Experience Required: 2-5 Years of experience administering and configuring Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing
