Job Description: Site Manager - Fit Out

We are working with a commercial build fit out and refurbishment contractor who is looking for a Site Manager to work on prestigious projects across the North West.

The company provides office space and retail fit out services to blue-chip clients, offering a high standard of design, build, and fit out projects. The majority of work is Northwest-based, although there may be some work further afield due to the nature of the clients' locations.

Skills, Duties, Qualifications:

1. SMSTS
2. First Aid
3. Enhanced DBS
4. CSCS Managers card
5. Previous Site Management experience within a commercial build environment
6. Working alongside PM, design and commercial teams overseeing the project
7. Managing subcontractors
8. Overseeing on-site Health & Safety
9. Driving Licence
10. HNC/HND Construction Management
11. Toolbox talks
12. Working with client/design teams/onsite stakeholders
13. Client facing
