Job Purpose:

Classic D is looking to fill a key leadership role within our organization. This position will lead all operations across RiverRun Cabinetry and MillRock Casework. The candidate will oversee the manufacture of cabinetry ensuring production performance, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met. The role will be responsible for defining, implementing, and revising operational policies and guiding a team of supervisors to enable continuous improvement in the company’s operations.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for leading teams, a desire to continuously improve operations, and the business acumen to drive strategic operations decisions. The successful candidate will be comfortable leading in a high-paced operating tempo and driving positive business changes in a dynamic environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Direct manager of a team of supervisors in charge of all operations areas to include receiving, shipping, finishing, frame and drawer box manufacturing, mill room, assembly, and trim.
  2. Develop and implement programs to continuously improve operations and drive greater operational efficiencies.
  3. Continuously look for and identify process improvement opportunities that will drive greater levels of efficiency and product improvement.
  4. Oversee the day-to-day operations of manufacturing including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  5. Drive operations to ensure on-time, complete, and damage-free delivery of cabinets to end customers.
  6. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience managing operations, preferably in cabinetry or woodworking manufacturing.
  2. Ability to make decisions using data and analytics in support of operations improvement.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
