Remain empathetic and emotionally resilient at all times when determining the best solution for the customer and Ford Pro FinSimple.Maintain a professional demeanor at all times (i.e., attendance, promptness, focus on job and tasks, always working and contributing) Identify issues and risks to the Company and keep Management informed.Support the sales organization as required to complement business activities.Support a culture which is driven by a sales mindset in order to grow commercial market share as well as maintain a high level of dealer and customer service.Maintaining brand awareness.Active involvement in action plans for meeting and exceeding Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals for customer, commercial customer, and dealer customer experiences (CX, CCX, DX, JD Power).Supporting inclusion and diversity initiatives by understanding, respecting and valuing the differences that define employees as unique individuals.Show team spirit by respecting the needs of others, offering to help, and having flexibility by joining in team efforts to work during our busiest times (near the holidays, etc.)Welcome positive coaching and learning opportunities to improve your skills.Adhere to PII procedures and processes to safeguard customer information.
