Job Summary: The Client Service Manager will design and oversee HVAC service operations, ensuring high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a skilled professional with a strong background in HVAC systems, leadership, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of relevant experience and have a proven track record in managing service teams and projects effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC technicians and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Business Development and Management: Manage a book of existing business and devlop new business, working to improve customer service and gross profit
  • Service Operations: Manage daily service operations; develop team and approach with both the customer and project profitability in mind.
  • Team Development: Hire and train, coach and mentor, and monitor performance of team
  • Project Oversight: Oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects for commercial, educational, industrial, and governmental facilities, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.


Travel/Hours: Occasional local travel; otherwise in office M-F daytime hours


Compensation: 80,000-100,000 Salary + 10% bonus, full benefits and 401(k) match
