In addition, you will oversee the disassembly and reassembly of equipment, ensure a clean work environment by utilizing industrial strength chemicals and collaborate cross functionally with production and quality assurance for product line changeovers. Our Bakery Plant produces award-winning products such as breads, rolls, cookies, pies, cakes, muffins, danish, dry mixes, fillings, icings, and glazes. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check.
