In this role, you will be responsible for researching solutions to user experience shortcomings, proposing and prototyping solutions, and working with the product teams to implement them.

About the Role

As a UX designer, you will collaborate with users and product and development teams to build functional interfaces that help our users accomplish tasks efficiently. You will research user experience shortcomings, propose and prototype solutions, and work with product teams to implement them.

Job Function

  • Design new user interfaces and enhance existing ones
  • Assist with the implementation of UI/UX solutions
  • Work closely with product teams, including developers, product managers, QA, and colleagues in other roles

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
  • A willingness to dive into complex programming topics
  • The ability to rapidly prototype, verify, present, and provide reasoning for UI/UX solutions
  • Proficiency with design tools (we use Figma)
  • Diligence and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to start projects/products from scratch

Preferred Skills

  • An understanding of development processes and tools used by developers
  • Experience designing workflow and conversational interfaces
  • Experience designing interfaces for LLMs and agents, either professionally or as part of hobby projects
