Clinical Director - Home Health & Hospice

We are seeking an experienced RN in the Coos Bay, Oregon area for a Clinical Director position. This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including:
• Hiring and management of quality staff
• Oversight of budget and financial decisions
• Ensuring high-quality care that is compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations for home health care
• Excellent skills in leadership, communication, and organization
• RN License (Required)
