We are accepting applications for the position of Counselor at Impact Leadership Academy. All applicants must follow one of the following processes:
Process for Out of District Applicants: Out of district applicants are required to complete an on-line application. All requested documents as indicated in the posting must be uploaded to the application.
Process for District Employees: District employees must complete an on-line administrative application. Employees must login to SearchSoft (PowerSchool) and make sure their application type reflects "administrative." Once an employee's application correctly reflects "administrative, " they are able to apply for a specific position. If an employee does not already have an application in SearchSoft, they will need to create a new user ID and password to apply for the specific position.
Applicants for this position must have the following qualifications and experience:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university
General qualifications of a teacher and a valid Texas school counselor certificate
Completed at least two (2) years of successful teaching experience
To be considered for this position, interested applicants must upload the following documents to their employment application.

2) Official transcript(s) showing all administrative coursework
3) Current resume
4) Copy of your Texas counselor certificate or a copy of your exam results
