Senior Client Service Associate (Hybrid) - Denver, CO

The Senior Client Service Associate position is a self-motivated, detail oriented, client service role responsible for the client service operations experience for Private Capital Management clients. This position enhances the client experience through providing excellent operational expertise and will be aiding advisors in managing important client relationships. Subject matter expertise is a key component of this position. The position is responsible for adhering to firm policies and procedures, striving to elevate the operational excellence of the client service team, and maintain the highest standards of professional ethics and a commitment to client service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive client support for high-net-worth clients including paperwork processing, CRM maintenance, clear communication with advisors and other team members on client onboarding and servicing, and account management.
- Act as subject matter expert on day-to-day client operations and documentation, systems processes and capabilities. This includes preparation and processing of client documents and information requests across teams, custodians and investment products.
- Ensure work functions and processing comply with compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate initiative to problem solve and learn new skills in evolving client situations, firm technology changes, and regulatory updates.
- Help manage the client experience across multiple advisors and teams to provide excellent client service results to our clients.
- Providing client facing operational support for advisors, as assigned. Applies to all PCM locations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Support Director of Operations with projects, as needed.
- Assist with current and new employee training and skill-based learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years’ experience with an investment advisor or broker dealer
- Extremely self-motivated with ability to learn quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and deal with sensitive information in a professional manner
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little direction
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software, and CRM
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to support multiple Advisors and prioritize workload
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Excellent consultative, interpersonal and communication skills
Job Details:
Regular In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $55,500.00 - $85,650.00 annually, plus a production based incentive plan. Actual offers to be determined based on applicant’s skills, experience, and education.
