The Field Recruiting Team is looking for the right colleague to help us grow our field force through national recruitment of Financial Representatives in the role of Financial Services Talent Acquisition Specialist.Are you a recruiter who is successful in achieving results and making a significant impact on hiring goals? If so, Guardian and Park Avenue Securities, a subsidiary of Guardian, is seeking a talent acquisition specialist to join our team, working to attract and recruit Financial Representatives to Guardian Network firms across the country.You willBuild and implement sourcing strategies that generate leads for inexperienced candidates in firms nationwide.Partner with firms to identify ideal candidate profiles, execute sourcing tactics, and assess results to make strategic adjustments.Pre-screen candidates and coordinate introductions to local hiring executives.Build, collaborate on, and complete recruitment content creation and go-to-market strategies.Own recruiting metrics and tracking.Identify recruitment marketing opportunities and deployment strategies.Collaborate with various business teams on projects, programs, and strategies.Present and deliver education to up-level field leaders recruiting skill levels.You areSomeone who has proven success recruiting sales professionals at a high volume.Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.Experienced in recruiting in the insurance and financial services field.A strategic thought-leader who enjoys taking on new challenges.A strong communicator & facilitator who can support and deliver live and virtual training events.A team player who can collaborate effectively and seeks out opportunities to engage others both internally and externally to accomplish meaningful work.You have3+ years’ experience recruiting Financial Professionals with a proven track record of successfully meeting recruiting goals.Strong communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.An ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and engage them collaboratively.Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and a curiosity to engage in a variety of projects as opportunities arise.Expert Microsoft Office skills.High energy and enthusiasm for identifying sales talent.Location and TravelThis is a remote position with preference given to candidates within commuting proximity to a Guardian office. We will consider remote candidates if experience is aligned and ability to travel as determined by the People Leader.Salary Range$82,660.00 - $135,805.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
