As a Senior Product Manager, Banking Data Products, you will make an impact in our data-driven transformation. You will readily move between the complex world of data, analytics and insights and will bridge the use of information in a business context - translating that complexity into strategies, products, capabilities, and ideas that our customers and partners understand.
With a customer-centric mindset and experience translating that into the product development process, you will lead the vision, development, launch and ongoing success of Fiserv's new credit & risk data products, which are expected to be a large, high margin revenue stream for the company.
What You Will Do
- Commercialize products throughout matrixed organizations.
- Track market, consumer and industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, leadership teams and data partners to define, prioritize and maintain your roadmap.
- Build business cases for new features and products.
- Review product development sprints and evaluate results to ensure we are on track and to address issues quickly.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market strategy.
- Participate in sales calls as a SME on data products.
- Ensure products adhere to regulatory and contractual obligations/regulations, particularly regarding data usage rights and data governance.
What You Will Need To Have
- Bachelors degree or relevant work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in product management working with data products, data analytics or related fields.
- Prior relevant experience with B2B Banking data products and a strong understanding of the target buyer personas.
- Experience managing products through key stages of ideation, development, commercialization, and implementation.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience translating that into the product development process.
- Proficiency with agile practices and product delivery.
What Would Be Great To Have
- High proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to influence product roadmap decisions.
- Pragmatic Marketing certification.
