National Service Bureau (NSB) is a subrogation and commercial debt recovery agency that was established in 1986 as a family business but has since grown organically into a nationwide industry leader. NSB provides a variety of services to support our client’s revenue cycle management needs and to resolve delinquent accounts. NSB specializes in turning our client’s receivables into revenue.

NSB is looking for a curious and competitive Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive is responsible for working closely with our Business Development Director to learn our industry and the nuances of our business, while focusing on lead generation and account management. The right candidate has a natural affinity for sales and will utilize this position as a steppingstone for growth within NSB’s sales department.

Compensation Model:

  • Salary of $45k - $60k, depending on experience
  • Opportunity for monthly commission and bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

  • CLIENT MANAGEMENT
    • Collaborates and supports the Business Development Director with a variety of tasks.
    • Manages incoming leads.
    • Develops leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
    • Acquires house accounts and is responsible for relationship building, account management, and issue resolution.
    • Builds and maintains new client relationships.
    • Utilizes strong qualifying skills to nurture leads and close deals.
    • Willing to collaborate with others on special projects.
  • CRM SOFTWARE
    • Utilizes CRM to track leads.
    • Tracks, analyzes, and reports on team and personal KPIs.
  • INTERNAL
    • Collaborates with team members as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Curious, competitive, and focused on self-development.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales (HubSpot preferred).
  • Organization, time management, and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • An independent self-starter who can also work as part of a team.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in sales (related to the accounts receivable industry, insurance subrogation, and/or commercial verticals is preferred but not required).
