The Work:
- Actively build positive, collaborative relationships with clients to understand their business priorities and bring Accenture assets and expertise aligned with these priorities.
- Drive test planning and prep activities with the teams, ensuring that milestones are achieved.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure traceability and coverage.
- Promote the creation and adoption of automation.
- Track progress and communicate status, risks, and issues related to all testing activities.
- Manage test management tool setup and user support.
- Monitor execution and defect closure.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience delivering and managing complex SAP programs.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a testing team of SAP resources in a global delivery model (preferably in an Agile or hybrid model).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with S/4 HANA and/or SAP ecosystem applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, Analytics, Manufacturing Cloud, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years’ working with clients/projects in test management, planning, and execution.
- Experience in a consulting/advisory role or position.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
