The outreach worker will complete a brief intake assessment and be able to assist patients with scheduling appointments and communication with financial consultant within the Family Planning Clinic. The outreach worker will distribute approved Family planning educational materials and clinic contact information within Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The outreach worker will communicate with the clinical and medical director on a weekly basis and be available during clinic hours as needed. Participate in health fairs and community neighborhood events.
