What exactly are we looking for?

An Account Manager who has:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be comfortable in speaking with all levels of management, including C-Level. Written communication should be at a business level.
  • The comfortability to coach and train individuals in large groups.
  • Self-motivated, and able to work with little to no supervision.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • A quick learner who is used to a fast paced environment, and can readily adapt to new changes.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
  • The ability to trouble shoot problems, and solve issues creatively.

What are some things you will be doing?

  • Training and servicing new clients on the full suite of our products.
  • Follow-up support with existing clients once they are fully onboarded.
  • Building meaningful industry relationships to help keep existing clients and find new potential clients.
  • Traveling throughout the country to manage accounts to help ensure their success.
  • Data analysis and translating that data into thoughtful recommendations for training of service personnel.

What do we absolutely need from you?

  • An Associates Degree OR Similar Experience
  • Experience within a professional in-person Customer Service role (Ideally, Account Management, Implementation, etc)
  • Experience with work related travel
  • Experience in working with software (ie troubleshooting, triage, learning the ins and outs of a software system)
  • A huge plus if you have worked within the Automotive Industry!
