Pay: $80,000-100,000

Shift: Monday through Friday 9-5

The Custodial Quality Data Analyst will assist with data collection (equipment & supplies), monitoring trends, and Corrigo work order hygiene. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with minimal coaching, unconventionally curious, and an excellent communicator able to work with technical and non-technical people at various levels of the organization.

This is a hybrid position.

What This Job Involves

  1. Support operational analysis and performance to ensure flawless execution against KPIs and other associated metrics.
  2. Initiate conversations with key stakeholders to understand business problems, situations, and opportunities where data analytics and reporting can be utilized to improve decision making and operational results.
  3. Work closely with and support Account Leadership and Client’s (internal & external) in implementing reporting routines to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.
  4. Ensure adherence to JLL and Client branding for presentations.
  5. Coordinate production of Monthly and Quarterly operational reviews and KPI tracking.
  6. Promote and document continuous process improvement with timely updates to the baseline Operations Playbook that fits the needs of the account.
  7. Implement and support governance policies and processes for consistent and accurate source data.
  8. Develop and maintain positive client relationships.
  9. Conflict resolution and solution analysis.
  10. Equipment Management - support obtaining equipment information for pickups and repairs, communication with equipment repair and rental vendors.
  11. Supply Management - Assist with data collection on supply usage and purchases in quality regions 1-6 while supply programs are being developed throughout the district.
  12. Contractor Transition - assist with validating supply removal, supply pickup, and installation of new dispensers during transition.
  13. Corrigo work order hygiene - assist with equipment and supply requests as well as creating and validating Corrigo work orders.
  14. Assist with vendor KPI performance management.
  15. Leverage BI Solutions (data warehouse) in managing data storage.
  16. Manage and transform high volumes of data.
  17. Develop and maintain trend analyses.
  18. Increase efficacy and efficiency of workflow processing.

  1. College degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
  2. 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  3. Excellent Communications – written and verbal, ability to present data.
  4. Proven ability to sift through data, perform analysis, identify critical information, and develop solution options is essential.
  5. Demonstrated ability to grow and learn new systems.
  6. Organized, proactive, and customer focused.
  7. Solid data analysis and research skills and experience extracting, tracking, and organizing data from various databases for metrics, reports preferred.
  8. Technical knowledge of building systems, data center, UPS, electrical, mechanical, HVAC preferred.
  9. Advanced experience with MS Office suite, and CMMS databases, Visio, Sharepoint preferred.
  10. SQL and VBA code experience preferred.
