IT Help Desk Technician
Elite Sourcing is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician. This position is for someone who is willing to learn and promote within the company and includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing remote assistance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience working in a help desk environment.
Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails from users with technical problems
• Providing remote assistance to users using remote desktop software
• Troubleshooting computer problems and resolving issues
• Installing and configuring software and hardware
• Documenting all support requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience working in a help desk environment
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
