The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Staff Product Manager, Social Commerce to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our social commerce strategy. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and possesses deep expertise in social commerce platforms and technologies.

What You'll Own

  1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer and cross-functional teams to develop and refine the social commerce strategy. Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company goals.
  2. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Drive product prioritization, feature definition, and user experience enhancements. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the social commerce landscape. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers. Communicate product vision, progress, and impact effectively across the organization.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and optimize performance. Monitor key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to drive user engagement and conversion.
  6. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on innovation and excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on social commerce or e-commerce.
  3. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing products.
  4. Deep understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce trends, and user behavior.
  5. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams.

Linktree is committed to providing a competitive compensation package. Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $160,000-$195,000 in the San Francisco Bay area. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate expertise, the scope of role and level, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
