Risk AnalystDepartment: KotapayLocation: Sioux Falls, SDPT/FT/Temporary : Full TimeSTART YOUR APPLICATION ( International Bank & Trust is a family-owned community bank and one of Prairie Business Magazine's 50 best places to work.This position is responsible for ACH risk related tasks including customer underwriting and onboarding, due diligence, customer reviews, monitoring, education, ACH rule violation resolution and reviewing of ACH limits. To excel in this role, you must be a critical thinker, who can communicate findings effectively with a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities include the following:Complies with and stays informed of all policies, procedures, and Nacha Rules.Review new customer application documents in detail ensuring completeness and accuracy while following guidelines for onboarding and risk management.Research clients to verify them to comply with KYC.Review current customer activity to monitor for red flags and address any concerns, making any necessary changes to their account.Monitors all risk related reporting and address any concernsPrepare and send any risk related customer communications.Work with different departments to consistently monitor, assess risk, pursuant to company practices.Maintain time sensitive workflow related to ACH processes.Ensure accuracy in our customer database and documentsProvide support to resolve customer and associate inquiries/concerns related to ACH Risk and processing.Monitor and detect suspicious and fraudulent ACH activity and customer documentsOther duties as assignedQualifications:College level coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business-Related field preferred.Two to three years of related experience required.Knowledge/experience in underwriting is preferred.Knowledge of ACH Rules and Regulations is preferred.Kotapay is a Division of First International Bank & Trust.
