Our Staffing Coordinators plan and oversee our company’s human resources operations. They develop and implement staffing solutions to comply with legal regulations and company procedures. Responsibilities include identifying staffing needs, creating work schedules and listing vacancies with recruitment agencies to fulfill employee requirements. They will manage scheduling and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.  Task will include personnel file management, administrative assistance, benefits coordination, and other related work.  If you like customer service, being onsite to greet and speak with employees, are detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills, this position can set you on a growth track in the management field.
Responsibilities

  • Source and screen applicants for open positions, 
  • Build pipeline bench strength in designated positions using various tools, including cold calling and social media.
  • Assist Company employees with questions about training, benefits, and policies.
  • Manage vetting of all candidates. Coordinate orientation for new employees.
  • Assemble new-hire files and complete weekly new-hire reports for leadership review.
  • Maintain human resources information system records, change of status forms and update records, as needed.
  • Participate in monthly on-call rotation (one week per month).
  • Customer service answer and assist with incoming phone calls
  • Maintain time tracking and charting records.
    Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluent in English
  • Two or more years of college-level education; High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant or in a relevant role that included clerical and/or office work
  • Valid driver s license with insured and reliable transportation for local driving needs.
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
