Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Supply Chain Planning Expert in our Franklin, TN location. In this role you’ll be leading our Planning community - defining and adopting new tools and strategies to lead us in our digital transformation.

What do you get to do in this position?

  • Align with the organizational change management practices are well documented from requirements, scope, budget, and resources to support global strategies/programs.
  • Share vision and transformation strategy with other stakeholders outside the Supply Chain driving better visibility to information improving information provided to customers.
  • Maintain a customer focus that connects all Planning transformation initiatives and business processes back to customer needs within the context of the corporate strategy.
  • Work with regional and global Planning teams, key GSC and respective functions/BU’s, to ensure key transformations are adequately planned, resourced and teams adhere to agreed rules of engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the Global Supply Chain systems and processes that improve our capability to meet or exceed customer commitments while improving efficiency and reducing cost.
  • Deploy and maintain on global PMP methodologies, tools, processes, support local program portfolio process jointly with regional Logistics teams.
  • Make available required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Work to develop Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards that provide visibility on the status of key transformations and programs.
  • Work within the region to ensure program reporting and coordinate periodic reviews and meetings.
  • Lead a group of Supply Chain Planning Experts and Project managers that lead end to end transformation projects – Customer Delivery & Reliability, Inventory/Cash Optimization, Digital Transformation, Supply/Demand Regulation, Predictive analytics, Task automation, etc.
  • Identify, train, and develop key competencies and skills for all supply chain job codes. Onboard newcomers.
  • Collaborate with our customers, our suppliers, and our factories for optimal supply chain performance.
  • Set targets and drive results through cross-functional collaboration. Key performance metrics include net customer satisfaction score, on-time delivery, backorder value and inventory days.
  • Act centrally to optimize the supply chain parameters of the region (Lead time, Lot size, Safety Stock, Replenishment type, etc).
  • Drive adoption and track compliance of the smart planning, SIOP and Schneider Production System guidelines.
  • Bring innovation to our supply chain. Dare to disrupt the status quo.

This job might be for you if:

  • Have Supply Chain Manager Experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree is a must.
  • 7+ Years of planning ERP experience, SAP preferred.
  • Excellent leadership & collaborative skills.
  • Strong language (English) & communication skills.
  • Structure and process oriented.
  • Creative and analytical in problem-solving.
  • Advanced or expert knowledge of SIOP, SC design in OCP, Demand planning, Supply planning, Inventory replenishment.
