Position Description:
The Client Services Representative - Life/DI is responsible for supporting service delivery by using subject matter knowledge about company products and processes as well as by conducting basic analysis to process or support service-related tasks. The incumbent works under close supervision, however, may be responsible for analytical work that requires independent judgment.
Position Location:
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE or Cincinnati, OH) and partially from home.
What you do:
- Support service delivery for multiple products including life insurance and disability income (DI) using multiple systems within established metrics.
- Communicates by phone or written correspondence with policyholders, providers, plan participants, and field partners to answer general questions, process transactions, and resolve issues.
- Follows departmental processes to process transactions, respond to inquiries, and provide information and solutions to customers.
- Maintains a broad understanding of various insurance products features and limitations, industry/regulatory terms, and policy-related statements.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What you bring:
- Associates's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 0-2 years Related Experience required.
- Efficient keyboarding skills and ability to work on multiple administrative systems required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks required.
- Previous experience with life insurance or disability income is desired!
- Must obtain a SIE license within first 4 months of employment.
- Must obtain Series 99 or Series 6 within 8 months of employment.
- Must demonstrate progress toward attainment of industry designations (FLMI, ACS) or completion.

About this Position's Pay The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization.
