NOTICE OF FILING OF APPLICATION UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR'S PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed with the Department of Labor. This Notice of Filing will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification application.
POSITION TITLE: Associate Director, Strategic Sourcing
POSITION DUTIES: Responsible for sourcing and procurement processes. Develop/negotiation of contracts.
Develop strategic relationship with suppliers.
RATE OF PAY: Annual Salary $165,000.00
The employer will pay or exceed the prevailing wage, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.

J OB REQUIREMENTS: BS in Supply Chain Management or Business Systems Administration or Industrial Engineering or Finance or related to these fields of study. One yr. experience in supply chain management or sourcing or procurement processes in a managerial or director position.
