Job Responsibilities

1. Carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.
2. Thoroughly tests software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
3. Documents and works to resolve all problems.
4. Reports progress on problem resolution to management.
5. Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
6. Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.

Base Qualifications

1. US Citizen
2. Active DoD Secret Clearance
3. 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
