Shift Details:
- Schedule: Must be available to work 5 days between Monday and Saturday, 8-hour shifts between 6 AM - 7 PM
- Pay: $18 per hour
Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update customer files
- Follow communication scripts while engaging with customers
- Record call details in the database
