Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have one or more years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior housing (IL, AL, or LTC)
- The candidate must be a self-starter with good follow-up and multi-tasking skills
- The ability to be on call and work weekends and holidays is also necessary
- Education Required: High School or better
- Experience Required: 1 year
Responsibilities
- The Sales Director is responsible for performing the sales activities necessary to achieve and exceed the community's sales and move-in goals while continuously maximizing occupancy
- Sales activities include giving tours, closing sales, outreach, cold-calling, attending meetings and events that would produce referrals, and holding community events
Compensation: $80K -- $100K
