Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 with potential for additional earnings through commission

Job Description
A Verizon Wireless Premium Retail Store Manager requires a diverse set of leadership skills, and as a manager, you are a master of them all. In the store’s fast-paced, dynamic environment, you exhibit composure as you learn from each new challenge. You build and inspire high-performing teams of unique individuals who deliver positive experiences for customers as they learn, shop, and get support. As a Wireless Store Manager, you are responsible for leading by example and inspiring your team to create ownership opportunities for customers on the sales floor. Behind the scenes, you oversee operations such as inventory and visual merchandising. You actively build your teams by training, developing, and coaching team members in all these disciplines and more.
Responsibilities
Foster a culture that helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable workplace
Be an active participant in all required meetings, trainings and conference calls
Scheduling sales team based on business needs
Maintain the highest standards while interacting with our employees and customers
Meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals
Hire and develop a high performing sales team
Store merchandising and inventory
Operational excellence of the store entrusted to you
Community engagement and localized events
Candidate Requirements
Preferred two years sales experience but will train the right applicant.
Demonstrates leadership ability with at least two years of experience in a business setting and at least three years of experience in customer-facing retail sales environment selling customer solutions.
Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences — and sales results — through team development.
Experience with diplomatically managing multiple commitments to sales, customers, staff, and operations.
Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing retail environment.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible schedule.
Required education:
High school diploma or equivalent
