Job Responsibilities:

• -Plan short- and long-term production schedule based on customer orders and desired inventory levels.
• -Collaborate between manufacturing, warehousing, and shipping are essential to ensure production schedules meet critical deadlines.
• -Review production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• -Consolidate multiple reports into a by order shipment projection.
• -Extract and compile data from multiple systems / sources, analyze data and then make recommendations for action.
• -Organize and provide daily production forms and release labels.

Job Qualifications:

• -Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• -5+ years' experience of production scheduling in related industry.
• -Ability to multitask and provide quick responses to production problems.
• -Ability to generate and understand reports to make production decisions.
• -A desire to promote the success of the organization and production staff.
• -Experience with systems such as Sage, Microsoft Power BI, and other older databases.
• -Ability to learn new computer systems quickly (company plans to change systems soon)
