Job Description:

Physical Requirement
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 Pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate company vehicles to include forklifts, trucks, and other vehicles.
  • Previous Warehouse/Shipping experience preferred.
  • Aviation/Rotorcraft industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
  • Inducting, maintaining, and timely billing for all the client Property components to be repaired from fielded customers and programs.
  • Expedite orders as necessary, for AOG or other customer requirements.
  • Assist Management with required personnel training programs to include such areas as inventory accuracy, cycle counting, SAP MRP systems, etc.
  • Unpack received component and verify component is listed correctly on accompanying paperwork, and the components match the packing list and FAA 8130 description.
  • Inspect the received components for damage. Re-pack as required for movement to the next receiving position.
  • Create shipping labels, bill of ladings, packing list, part number and serial number barcode labels.
  • Schedule freight and cargo daily pickups. Arrange and prepare custom critical expediting paperwork to ensure prompt delivery to support CAP/Warranty customers' urgent requirements.
  • Participate in warehouse review as required and research all issues to ensure that discrepancies are corrected.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Accessing and utilizing multiple client information systems (SAP, Visual ERP, CRM accounting, billing, contracts, estimating, purchasing, and shipping) to provide accurate responses of order status, projected delivery dates, and any other information requested.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory, work-in-progress, and scrap component data to be reported to internal departments weekly through multiple systems.
  • Complete routine paperwork and completion of various forms in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • On call support after normal business hours as required. - Not sure if this can be completed or not.
  • Other duties as required by management.
Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
