Senior Tax Accountant

Vaco Boston has partnered with a reputable law firm in Boston that is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join their team. This individual will focus on induvial and fiduciary taxes.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and review individual, trusts, private foundation, and gift tax returns.

· Assist with research on complex tax issues related to estates, gifts, and trusts

· Assist clients with fiduciary income tax planning

· Work closely with the Tax Director.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· CPA, JD or MST preferred.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fiduciary tax preparation and planning

· Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations pertaining to fiduciary taxation
