Team Overview

Position Overview
As a member of the Annalect data science generative AI team, you will assist with efforts across developing enterprise-level AI agents integrated with our media orchestration platform. Your knowledge in machine learning and generative models will be crucial to expanding the scope of our media platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on Python development for new and established AI agents integrated with our media orchestration platform.
- Collaboratively ideating and building tools with engineering teams to produce scalable, enterprise-level code.
- Assist with fine-tuning use cases across Annalect’s AI development.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, information management, social sciences, or business/marketing related fields. Advanced quantitative degree or intensive bootcamp experience is preferred.
- Must have hands-on expertise in Python; SQL proficiency preferred.
- Experience with cloud computing such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Azure preferred.
- Experience with natural language processing.
- Working knowledge of transformer-based language models and architecture.
- Basic understanding of model performance – RAG, fine tuning, prompting, etc.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$85,000—$120,000 USD
