Today MeUndies has sold more than thirty million pairs of underwear and is profitable with double-digit YoY growth. It continues to redefine the subscription market by evolving the transactional subscription to a membership centered on community and relationships with the brand.

The innovative direct-to-consumer brand offers multiple purchasing options, including singles, packs, matching pairs, and monthly membership.

The Head of Growth will oversee our Paid Media, Podcast, Affiliate, Out-of-Home (OOH), and Over-the-Top (OTT) programs. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop high-level growth strategies while also being hands-on with the team to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage both internal teams and external partners effectively.

Please note that this is a hybrid position of 4 days/week in our Los Angeles office.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive customer acquisition.
  • Performance Analysis: Dive into campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize strategies, and drive ROI. Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on growth initiatives and outcomes.
  • Partner Collaboration: Oversee relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure alignment on goals and successful execution of marketing programs.
  • Cross-Channel Strategy: Manage and integrate various marketing channels, including Paid Media, Podcast, Affiliate, OOH, and OTT, to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Test & Learn Mentality: Implement various testing methodologies (A/B, Lift, multivariate, etc.) across ads, audiences and landing pages and perform quantitative analysis to recommend a go-forward plan.
  • Creative Eye: Work with team to deliver innovative creative briefs that produce effective ads, ensuring best practices are met, generating new concepts and communicating findings in a way that leverages ad creative to improve channel performance.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across channels for maximum impact.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and digital channels.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing strategies, particularly in Paid Media, Podcast, Affiliate, OOH, and OTT.
  • Excellent track record of achieving performance marketing goals with an analytical approach to decision-making and experience managing multi-million dollar monthly media budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep familiarity with tracking and measurement solutions, a thoughtful perspective on attribution methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities; confident under pressure and grows and learns from challenging experiences; understanding of interpersonal and group dynamics with the ability to react in an effective manner.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with DTC e-commerce and/or subscription business models.
  • Experience with advanced measurement solutions and/or multi-touch attribution models.
  • Familiarity with systems/tools used around the org - Google Analytics, Heap, Segment, Asana, Looker, BazaarVoice, Iterable, Channable.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000 -$220,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
