The Customer Service Correspondence Clerk is responsible for all correspondence paper/electronic lockbox return mail across the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network. Duties include but are not limited to the distribution of mail. Will ensure timely assignment of correspondence/mail to team members. Acts as a liaison to the customer service/collections team while performing other duties as assigned.
