Your role in our mission includes the following responsibilities -
- Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
- Provide superior customer service to all clients including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases
- Make improvement recommendations to practice managers
- Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software
Role Requirements:
- Knowledge of TXDoc, Clio or similar software, Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency.
- Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, and discovery experience.
- Texas Bar license AND family law experience, for at least 2 years or more
- Research and writing skills
- Interest in conducting hearings and being in the courtroom
- Interest in Mediation
- Interest in Consults
- Client service focus
- Energetic and motivated
- Highly organized
